2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

  • We aim to deliver to all major cities, towns, and villages.
  • However, delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage in your area.

For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take additional time.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer transparent and customer-friendly shipping charges:

  • Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to certain orders depending on:

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can track your order in real-time using the courier partner’s tracking system.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3–4 days, please contact us.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.

  • COD is available on eligible orders and locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability
    • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Please double-check your address, PIN code, and phone number before placing an order.
  • Sapri Glow will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing the order.

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears heavily damaged.
  • Record an unboxing video as proof.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will assist you with replacement or resolution as per our policy.


11. Partial Shipments

Sometimes, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Different warehouse locations

You will be informed in such cases, and separate tracking IDs will be provided.


12. International Shipping

Currently, Sapri Glow does not offer international shipping.

We only serve customers within India.


13. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel an order:

14. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept

It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
  • COD orders may not be eligible for re-shipping without prepayment.
